| These drawings are a composite stylizing a 1900's estate house. Recent conversations with a neighbor, Mark Gordon, Nesselrod Bed & Breakfast, discovered this estate may have been designed by Everette Fauber. The estate itself was torn down sometime in the late 2000’s to make room for a strip mall – very sad -. I am still looking for confirmation of this new information and additional detail on Everette Fauber. |

| AbaloneHill East is styled after an eastern estate. The exterior and footprint of the house resembles the original building. The floor plan, materials and engineering are done with modern elements to insure comfort, i.e insulation, double pane windows, high efficiency HVAC, etc. |
